DECANTER MAGAZINE AWARDS TWO OF EMILIANA’S ORGANIC WINES

2 November 2020

Emiliana, the world's largest organic winery, received two important awards from the prestigious British magazine Decanter, the UK's oldest wine publication.

On the occasion, Salvaje and Signos de Origen, both Syrah, were highlighted by the South American Syrah Panel Tasting, convened by the specialized media, which evaluated wines from Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Uruguay. The first award was for Salvaje 2018 from the Casablanca Valley, which scored 95 points and was rated as “Outstanding”. The second was for Signos de Origen Syrah 2016, also from the Casablanca Valley, it was evaluated as “Highly recommended”, with 90 points.

At Emiliana, innovation and sustainable practices have been essential in the production of quality wines. This is why the recognition of a wine without added sulfites such as Salvaje, and a premium organic wine like Signos de Origen are so relevant to the development of the industry.

Organic wines are ecofriendly and respond to the growing global demand for food and beverages produced in more sustainable manners that generate a positive impact on the environment and people.
